Hi! My name is Zoe...

I’m the human behind Art in Words.

I was born and raised in Argentina (¡hola!), but in 2019 I packed my bags and moved to Melbourne, Australia, following the promise of amazing coffee, endless art galleries and an abundance of festivals. Turns out, the rumours were true!

For some mysterious reason, I’m utterly obsessed with letters, words and languages (and I sneak them into just about everything I make). From books and zines to stationery and art pieces, words are at the heart of my work.

With Art in Words, my mission is to create little pieces of joy: dopamine-boosting, heart-warming, curiosity-piquing things to fill the homes of fellow word lovers and spread a little love for language along the way.

When I’m not making wordy art, you’ll probably find me wandering the gloomy streets of beautiful Melbourne in search of a cosy café, getting lost in a good story, watching a movie, or booking yet another yoga class or sauna session.

Basically, I make things with words, drink a lot of coffee, and feel very lucky to call Melbourne home.
